Disasters are unlikely, but should the worst happen our disaster recovery policies and procedures are designed to protect our clients and their data to the highest degree. All data is backed up daily to a remote secondary data center. Should a failure occur in our primary data center, a failover is automatically effected to our standalone secondary data center, ensuring minimal downtime.
