At Zinc Ahead we believe customer support is one of the most important components of any Zinc implementation. Every one of our clients benefits from full Zinc wrap-around support, from our dedicated Account teams and global 24/7 helpdesk, to comprehensive and continuous training whenever and wherever you need it.

We run three helpdesks in Europe, US and Asia, staffed by Zinc employees who have deep knowledge of every aspect of the Zinc application. Our dedication to answering your questions quickly and effectively is one of the reasons our customer satisfaction is so high. Our helpdesk is open 24/7/365 and support is available in most major languages – so wherever you are calling from, whatever time of day or night, expert help is always on hand.
The knowledge and expertise of the Zinc Account Team is second-to-none. Every one of our Account Managers has worked in the life sciences industry, on either the client or agency side, before joining us. In fact, they have all used Zinc in their previous roles, giving them a unique and extremely valuable insight into how to get the most from Zinc. As a client of Zinc Ahead, you will have a named Account Manager who will help and support you from the very first day of implementation planning.
Zinc Ahead provides comprehensive training for every user of Zinc, with continuous online help, refresher videos, and of course the Zinc helpdesk.
However, our experience shows that nothing beats one of our Account Managers being on-site during the first few weeks of a new Zinc implementation. It is for this reason that we provide on-site support as standard for each Zinc project, and continue to provide it as necessary on an ongoing basis.
If you are already a Zinc user, but could use a refresher, Zinc Ahead runs regular online training sessions. Zinc users can also access our bank of e–training modules. Each short module provides a quick overview of a specific piece of functionality, enabling our users to make the most of Zinc.
