Princeton, New Jersey – 23 September 2013.

Continuing its Global User Forum program, Zinc Ahead today gathered a large audience at the Zinc US Advisory Forum in Philadelphia, PA.

More than 65 Zinc users from some of the largest pharmaceutical companies across the United States attended to focus on the key issues around compliance and time to market. Guests included representatives from regulatory, medical affairs, marketing and compliance departments, who joined industry thought-leaders at the twice-yearly Zinc US user advisory meeting.

As well as presenting future strategy and pipeline news, Zinc’s CEO James Brown confirmed the company’s commitment to added-value services to the user community. He outlined Zinc’s new benchmarking service, which enables companies and agencies to benchmark the performance of their compliance processes against industry standards.

“We are continually looking for opportunities to enhance our product and service offering, said James Brown. “ Our user advisory forums are the ideal platform for two-way dialogue with our user community - we actively seek their feedback and use it to help shape future development and strategy.”

He continued, “We now have over 35,000 users in 160 countries and our network is growing fast every day. Zinc MAPS is now the leading regulatory approval system for the life sciences industry – and we’ve got to thank our users for helping to make us the world number one.”

Over the years, the advisory forums have grown to provide great networking sessions for like-minded people with a common interest in compliance, collaboration and time to market.”
