Zinc Ahead provides comprehensive training for every user of Zinc MAPS. In addition, we provide continual on-line help, refresher videos, and of course, the helpdesk.

However, our experience shows that nothing beats one of our Account Managers being on-site during the first few weeks of a new Zinc MAPS implementation. It is for this reason that we provide on-site support as standard for each Zinc MAPS project, and continue to provide it as necessary on an ongoing basis.
